How it works

Three simple parts.

01 · Your AC

Available across our full split-unit range, supplied and installed by Shankar anywhere in Kenya. Every unit comes with two free services included.

02 · Stay covered

Four services a year, by Shankar. The first two are free; after that, each service is KES 2,500 plus VAT. We remind you, we come to you, and every visit goes in your unit’s logbook.

03 · Your guarantee

For five years, we repair any mechanical or electrical failure under normal use at no charge for parts or labour. If it cannot be repaired, we replace it with an equivalent current model.

The details

Key terms at a glance.

Eligibility: split units supplied AND installed by Shankar at a Kenyan address. Split units only.
Servicing condition: four Shankar services per twelve-month period, for five years from installation. Servicing by Shankar only; third-party work voids the guarantee.
Missed a service? You have 30 days to book a catch-up. If the unit passes inspection, cover is reinstated.
Covered: mechanical or electrical failure of components under normal residential or commercial use.
Not covered: power-surge damage without a working stabiliser, physical, water or pest damage, tampering, consumables, and third-party work. Full terms provided at purchase.
Records: every unit carries a service logbook, and Shankar maintains the master service record.
